We train our staff to the highest standards in the industry and all our consultants are encouraged to gain formal qualifications in Recruitment Practice. They also have experience in the disciplines they represent and often operate as a seamless extension of the client's own recruitment process.
In April 1993, Forest Personnel was the first recruitment agency in the south of England to become an Investor in People. This was in recognition of our commitment to staff development and retention. We have subsequently been re-recognised several times, making us the longest holding company of the award in Reading - an achievement of which we are justly proud.
