Short profile:
Forest park swimming club is in its 10th year and is a very friendly, family orientated club.
We offer, swimming lessons for children from 3years up to club level (competitive) covering all aspects of swimming from the very basics up to life saving, Front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and personal survival all taught.
Detailed description:
We run adult learn to swim courses. From, complete beginners, learning the basics, to intermediate/advanced swimmers learning or perfecting a new stroke.
All our teacher are fully qualified through the, ASA (amateur swimming association) qualified.
We are one of the few clubs that have assistants in the water, to encourage and help gain confidence for the lower levels and younger swimmers
We welcome and encourage parents to watch the lessons to see your children’s progress.
We work in conjunction with the ASA and STA (swimming teachers association) using their award schemes. So you will be able to keep a record of their achievement through the certificates and badges we issue. The schemes are recognised nationwide.
Forest Park are affiliated members of the ASA (amateur swimming association) and IOS (institute of swimming). Fully insured and all teachers are crb checked
