Forest Hill Dental Surgery was established in 1986 to provide dental services to the community. We are part of the Lewisham Primary Care Trust who are responsible for meeting and maintaining the standards of local healthcare needs.
Detailed description:
Nearly any problem or worry can be solved and worked out, but only if we know about it, however trivial it might seem. Our aim is good dental health for you and your family through preventive dentistry. That means giving you regular dental advice and helping you understand how to care for your teeth to reduce the need for dental treatment. We operate a recall system to remind you when your next visit is due. We have six consulting and treatment rooms.
We accept both N.H.S. and private patients. We are committed to quality and excellence and we have management systems which ensure that we deliver quality service consistently. Our patients are very important to us and we regularly ask for your views on our service.
We will discuss and agree with you your treatment and the costs and will keep you informed should there be any changes to the proposed treatment. Canceling or missing an appointment does cause disruptions so please let us know preferably 24 hours in advance.
