The fully equipped 40 station Arena Fitness Gym with the latest cardio-vascular and weights machines, provides excellent opportunities for personal fitness. A steam/sauna room is also available.
This family orientated centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment and is once again offering a full complement of swimming, fitness and school holiday programmes.
Right in the heart of Foleshill, this local centre offers a friendly atmosphere with a variety of exercise options. Our two pools offer fitness and fun swimming to the local area, including family entertainment and activities for children of all ages.

Start your day with an Early Bird session, get fit or just have fun in any of our later public swimming sessions. There is something for everyone with Ladies only, Adult and Child, Family and Aquafit sessions running throughout the week.
There are changing facilities for each pool with separate space provided for males, females, families and people with disabilities.
Come along and get fit in the 28 or 50 metre Swimfit lanes or just have fun in a casual swimming sessions. Our diving boards are unique in Coventry so why not come along and take advantage of the 1, 3, and 5metre boards which are open for use at specified times.
