For example from Sales, Marketing and e-Commerce to Revenue and Brand Performance executives, from Executive Chefs to F&B Directors and naturally for all department head level positions found on site in the operations. Combining the recruitment and search expertise of FM Recruitment and Madison Mayfair, FM Operations was formally established in 2008 to specialise in operational recruitment within the hospitality industry. The directors, Peter Malone, Jillian Malone, Chris Denison Smith and Guy Lean saw the opportunity to offer their extensive experience in a contingent recruitment model for operational positions, to existing and future clients.

We are based in Hammersmith in purpose built offices which have been acquired for the long term. FM Operations will continue to work closely with the sister brands - FM Recruitment, which specialises in hospitality finance; and Madison Mayfair, which specialises in executive level positions within hospitality.
