We are a small business Dance Troupe specialising in Hip-Hop, Street and Modern Jazz style of movement. As well as the dance troupe the choreographer (Kevin Daniel Parkhouse) also instructs an Adult Fitness Class in the evenings. Detailed description:
FLEXdt is a new dance company designed to challenge the minds of any performer. It is not just your ordinary dance class, its a small group of performers joined together to create an extraordinary dance TROUPE! FLEXdt is a strong dance troupe led by a professional choreographer! Our choreographer has been trained in many dance styles for a little under 19 years.
The company started only 3 months ago and is slowly making a name for itself within the community and hopefully will be known to a wider audience in the very near future.
As well as instructing a dance troupe, our choreographer also teaches an adult fitness class and more details about this class can be given on request!
The Classes are run by our Choreographer, Kevin Daniel Parkhouse. Kevin started dance at the very young age of 3. He attended many dance classes before moving ahead with his career by studying at dance colleges & university. At the age of 21 he helped teach a dance class in Bridgend, South Wales & in June 2010 he took his dance career to another level by flying solo and starting his own business 'FLEXdt'. He has also been offered a choreography apprenticeship which will take place at Bridgend College starting in September 2010.
He specialises in Modern Jazz, Hip-Hop, Street & RnB dance styles.

Vicky ReynoldsOMG ... me and a few of my friends recently saw one of your performances. u did a dance to a missy elliot track and i was so amazed. All of my friends were talkin bout it for hours after we saw u perform. just wondered if u hold any auditions or if i would be able to join your dance group somehow. really enjoyed the show, keep it up, Vicky :) x

Sue BrandonI recently enrolled both of my daughters in this dance class and even after the first session, both my girls couldn't wait for the next class. I was surprised that the choreographer was a younger man but he was very friendly to all of the students and was a great help to everyone taking part in the session. His choreography skills were phenomenal and breath taking and he made it easier for everyone to understand, even the students who has had little or no training at all. Truly a wonderful class. Im actually thinking about enrolling myself into the adult fitness classes. Great value for your money and very professional.
