We do not have many clients and are quite selective about those with whom we are prepared to work with. This is not out of arrogance or a lack of entrepreneurial spirit but because it is necessary for us to immerse ourselves quite deeply into our clients organisations. This is necessary so that we can really understand what we need to do and when and then learn to predict and pre-preempt the problems as well as react to the sudden demands made upon us when the unexpected happens such as a major server failure or an instance of corporate espionage (yes, it happens). If we have to large a client base we can not support properly and then our clients will become unhappy and go elsewhere. This is inefficient and counter productive. So we take care that we work with those organisations where there is a natural empathy between us. This all helps to wards cementing a long term relationship that is beneficial for both parties.

Our aim is to support the right solutions with a true deep knowledge of what we are doing so that all of the systems we manage are maintained properly both in terms of hardware but also software, security, functionality and with consideration of the legal and business objectives necessary to ensure an IT infrastructure that really does achieve its objective by increasing productivity, creativity and simplicity.
