The Fitness Matrix studio is spacious, with male and female changing rooms, a spinning studio and massage suite. Your initial fitness assessment will determine your current fitness level and the results will be used to design a unique, personal fitness programme that focuses on your fitness needs and desires. You will recognise from the first moment you enter the studio that you are in safe hands and as Henry assesses your blood pressure and lung function you will immediately experience his total dedication to you.
Indoor cycling classes are a non-impact aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bike. You pedal along to motivating music, while Henry talks you through a series of exercises designed to work your whole body. During the exercises you will be seated or standing, varying the resistance on the bike and your pace, to simulate cycling uphill, downhill or on the flat. Unlike other fitness classes, it requires little coordination, it can accommodate all fitness levels and although you follow Henry’s direction, you are always in control of your resistance and pace. Indoor cycling is an excellent aerobic workout.
