Fish Frames is owned by Lynn MacAskill, GCF (Guild Commended Framer); and their new premises were opened in October 2005 on the Shirley Inn Parade on the Wickham Road. Lynn has an HND in Graphic Design and is a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild and the Federation of Small Businesses.
Detailed description:
Recently, she made history when she became the first lady member of The Rotary Club of Croydon East. She gained her Guild Commended Framer qualification in November 2007. She has been a Shirley resident for over 20 years and is delighted to be offering her bespoke framing service to the surrounding community.
As well as bespoke framing, Fish Frames has a contemporary art gallery and offers a fine selection of originals, limited editions and prints. There are also beautiful hand-made cards by Ann Purt and a selection of good quality ready-made frames in wood and aluminium.
