Ray Venner is the managing director of First Class First Aid which is an established small business offering health and safety, lifesaving and first aid training to customers throughout the Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding counties of Dorset. Founded in 1997, the business is situated in Upton (Poole) Dorset. Specialising in the delivery of tailor made training for small and large businesses alike. They also cater for individuals from their training centres in Wimborne, Poole and Bournemouth. FFFA provide HSE Approved training and are also an approved training centre for RLSS National Pool Lifeguard and lifesaving training awards. Courses that are offered include the following: HSE First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work. HSE First Aid at Work Refresher. Appointed Persons First Aid.

Defibrillation training. First aid for schools and care homes. Manual Handling Training. Fire Training. National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches. RLSS Pool Lifeguard course. The organisation delivers a tailored first aid training service to businesses and the general public, Using the customers own premises if necessary.

The business also has fully qualified personnel enabling customers to attain the training outcomes that are required in order to meet current First Aid Regulations.
