FEVER LONDON - CLAPHAM OLD TOWN

Updated 3 months ago

Short profile:

Fever’s individual style is inspired by beautiful, vintage silhouettes and memorable prints, designed with a contemporary edge. Stylish and timeless collections to see you through the season. The collection features three ‘looks’: Fever (day wear and casual wear) Fever City (work wear) and Fever Occasion (evening and occasion wear). A miniature version of the central London store, in Clapham, London. The boutique stocks Fever, Mariko, Ruby Belle and a vintage fashion rail as well as jewellery and interior collectables.

Detailed description:

Fever was launched in 1996 by co-owners and founders Matthew Barker and David Bradbury. The pair met at school in Devon, England and agreed that when they grew up they would own their own business. Fever took its style inspiration from surfing, then clubbing (following the pursuits of the young Matthew and David) before evolving into its own vintage inspired style. We travel the world hunting for inspiration in flea markets, textile fairs, thrift stores and vintage shops, looking for an amazing print, a striking colour palette, a visual trigger that sparks the creative design process. We weave the trends that we’ve spotted on the streets of Portland or markets in Milan into our designs, creating unique collections that stand out.
