Through a network of 20 sites, each carrying over 35, 000 parts and offering 2–6 daily deliveries, we provide a unique supply chain solution for those customers, a natural extension to their existing operations. Our expertise is in carrying very wide ranges of parts with high availability and being able to get them to our customer quickly. This supports our factor customers own operations and in turn allows the factor to meet the needs of their installer customers.

FPS' two main business streams are:
Same day (‘distress’) delivery parts required by customers for immediate resale, generally serviced from its national network of 19 distribution branches; Overnight fulfilment of customer stock orders (‘distribution’) served from the National Distribution Centre (NDC)
Deliveries-
We offer an unrivalled national distribution service, with a large number of customers receiving up to 6 deliveries a day, giving FPS customers the best possible service with our fleet of 260 delivery vehicles covering 21 million kilometres per annum.
Range-
FPS carry over 90, 000 part numbers over the whole network, with most local branches stocking between 35, 000 and 40, 000parts. With a dedicated team of product managers ensuring that our range and availability of products remain the best that the market can offer.
Quality-
At FPS the most important factor of our business is to provide our customers with quality products through a qualitiy service that can be relied upon.
Our reputation has been built on supplying goods that meet the requirements of our customers and the customers they supply, to enable us to do this all our stock is sourced from a large and reputable supplier base of OE or matching quality.
