    concerned for hair

    hair was completley ruined to the point of tears. The 'hairdresser' will try to fob you off with students cutting you hair - of course still charging you full price without telling you they are students. If you have an appointmenet with Farha, she will leave your apointment to do teh boys as she loves the boys. She does NOT AT ALL listen to what you want. you ask for brunette hair colour and she gives you jet black - she does not even rectify you hair if you tell her your not happy - u would not get this in professional salons. a place not to be visited even in desperate time. you have been warned people.

    • knocking shop: its great that someone has finally wrote a review as i certainly wouldnt have gone to this hair salon having read the previous review. F is absolutely rubbish it really is. theres alot of staff that are working there that are not qualified who are on work experience. i was not even made aware of this and allowed what i thought was a stylist to cut my hair. looked in the mirror and i was horrified!! lucky my hair was long to be salvaged. f then cut my hair and i must say that she might as well be on work experience herself. the haircut was disgraceful!! wonky, uneven, not styled, my gosh. i just read the review below and can understand where this person is coming from, whilst f was cutting my hair, she was very very flirty with men who were coming in for their haircuts. this was unproffesional and furthermore whilst i was having my hair cut. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FULL STOP

    Colour was also poor with higlights having too much distance from the roots and colour being left on for more than the required time because chatting nonsense with others was more important. Another customer was completely ignored and her beautiful long hair looked awful by the time they had finished, if the hairdresser in question spent more time on their client instead of talking rubbish with the other staff members and their friends who were popping in, this lady would have had a better look as she looked better when she came in then when she left.
