FABRICON PRECISION

The Fabricon Group, led by Mark Bushdyhan, started life in 1984 as a simple design-led steel fabrication company. After 2 years of successful growth the company diversified in to aluminium showering systems, manufacturing components for Autumn UK. The partnership with Autumn UK proved so successful that Mark bought the Autumn business to take advantage of growth in the market. The Fabricon group has expanded over the last 20 years to include a sophisticated design and prototyping facility embracing the latest advances in technology, combined with traditional skills and working practices to produce a diverse range of plastic products.

Together with Autumn UK, Fabricon now occupy a 25, 000 sq foot premises premisis in Ashton-under-Lyne, near Manchester. Our state of the art headquarters boast design, product development, production, sales offices and warehousing facilities.

Current design projects include:

Working with The Home office to develop a prison door system that reduces inmate misuse and the subsequent risk of injury to fellow inmates

Twinshot moulding and the application of this process to improve the functionality of products aimed at the less able and disabled user

Shower adaptations using a powered chair on a rail to assist wheelchair bound users in the bathroom

Shower flood safety devices that are able to shut down the shower when the drain or shower pump is no longer functional, preventing flooding in apartments and flats
