Our farm fresh west country meats include lamb from the undulating hills of the Mendips and Chilterns; our beef is reared in a traditional style on the rich green pastures for which Somerset is renowned. Our naturally fed pigs provide meat with a deliciously tender texture and with that all-important crispy crackling! We make a range of succulent home-made sausages, so special, they win prizes! Then there’s our local Somerset Dry Cured Back Bacon – it’s lean, dry to cut and has an excellent delicious flavour that comes from the best prime Somerset Pork, cured on our own premises. We also specialise in unusual and tasty rare breeds, should you fancy something a little different.
