Based in Yorkshire, Extreme Care is run by David Hepworth. Most of the organised courses take place in Yorkshire and surrounding areas. This is due to easy access to major motorway networks and a wide variety of sites being used. A list of quality, reasonably priced accommodation is available on request.

Training can be arranged at any other venues throughout the UK and Europe for groups of various sizes (Course dependant). We can also train you at your own venue.
Extreme Care provides quality and value courses for anyone; from instructors, teachers and industry through to youth clubs, students and Duke of Edinburgh candidates.
No matter what your First Aid, Kayak or Water Safety needs, Extreme Care can design a course specific to your requirements.
Extreme Care has full medical malpractice, public liability and professional liability insurance. We are also corporate members of the Association of First Aiders.
