    My TV remote failed and I ordered a replacement from Exserve in May. However, it did not have the functionality of the old one - the EPG button just showed the channel info and there was no way to obtain the EPG. I called and was told that if I sent the original remote to them, they could obtain the required info from the chip and send me an updated version. I sent it in, but have had no response since. I called to chase it and was told that I'd have it within a week. No such luck.

    Ordered spare filter pack for our Swan SU3020 and when parts received some of the filters did not fit the cleaner and one filter was completely missing. Telephoned using number at base of cleaner and my phone number was taken but no call back as to when or if the correct filter set will be dispatched.
