Partnerships offer great potential, but they can be difficult to establish and manage, and if unsuccessful can result in ‘talking shops’. We offer emerging or established partnerships a robust Partnership Development Framework, to assess effectiveness and design improvement programmes. This includes developing new relational contracts for the procurement of public services.

Partnership Strategic Development enables partners to articulate a shared vision, common targets, planned collaborative action and partnership monitoring. Partnership Assessment enables partners to identify strengths and weaknesses and develop Partnership Improvement Programmes. These interactive programmes can be delivered in-house or at residential training facilities.
