John WoodA first-class operation, kept informed all the way through, excellent value, a beautiful rig to deliver the stuff and two (not beautiful!) but very efficient and courteous operators who worked quickly and quietly, and removed every scrap of packaging. Look no further, Euro will do the job splendidly, thanks also due to Schumacher, a worthy partner in USA. Not a scratch! and how unusual is that?

BruceBelow are the 5 main factors which have meant a lot to us regarding The Euro Group:
1) There was regular communication and updates regarding the shipment
2) The forms provided had sufficient details and were clear to understand
3) The late delivery was communicated to us immediately, so we could plan accordingly.
4) The delivery crew were professional and kind
5) We didn't know that EuroGroup would contact a Swiss Customs agent on our behalf, so that was great!
In the past, I have moved for work reasons to different countries in different continents. I will summarize this for you: The Euro Group knows what they are doing. If you don't understand certain things, call them because they will be glad to clarify.

Glynis LongEuro kept us informed about every aspect of our small part-shipment from Johannesburg in South Africa to Wiltshire in the UK. Because of the nature of a part-shipment, delivery dates needed to be flexible, but once the goods had cleared customs, all arranged delivery dates and times were adhered to and the delivery staff were excellent. I would particularly like to comment on the agent selected by Euro in Johannesburg. The advice given by them was pertinent, the cost was very competitive, and quotations were given for smaller volumes unlike many of their competitors. Their staff were friendly and efficient and addressed all of my concerns from packaging, collection and storage to shipment and insurance. They were also familiar with UK customs requirements making entry of the goods to the UK hassle-free. The entire service was excellent in both SA and here in the UK.

Tony SI recently moved from the USA and shipped some personal belongings to the UK. EuroUSA was contracted by my movers in the states for the UK portion of the move. They were perfect, the customs process went smoothly and they communicated efficiently and kept me informed throughout. Their responsiveness was excellent. Pieter HelmonsWe did not choose Euro USA for the last part of our move from California to the Netherlands. It was selected for us by our American Moving company, Allied International. What an excellent choice they made. We shipped about 2200 pounds to The Netherlands and we were told it would take 12 weeks before it arrived. We were very pleasantly suprised that we received the goods after 7 weeks. We were updated frequently on the status of our goods and communication on customs clearance was excellent. The movers were very courteous and genuinely nice. They did an excellent job and we found no damaged items at all.
