Customer service and pricing policy
Ken RileyHaving contacted Euro Loo I was never updated with visit date, time scales were poor. Charges jump from £165 for 1000 gallons to £330 for ANYTHING above. You are not advised when going in to the new double price band,charges are debited without further permission. Emails requesting further explanation are initially ignored and then eventually after prompting NO ANSWER is explained by "Business policy". I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

- EURO LOO:Mr Riley, Despite your comments we had clearly explained our pricing policy and communicated professionally and efficiency at all times. Unfortunately our fair and reasonable pricing policy was not what you wanted to hear or agree with and we felt your reasons of why you should not be charge an additional cost for services over and above what you originally ordered to be unreasonable. However, as we always strive to exceed our customers exceptions and believe we provide an honest, fair and reasonable service to all our customers past, current and future we would be more than happy to refund you for any charges you believe in your own opinion are unreasonable and would like to take this opportunity to apologies if you feel your dealings with our company were not as good as they should have been.
