Escape is a friendly, cosy studio in the centre of Matlock, we have a large studio space an comfy kitchen/seating area available to hire for fitness classes, parties or much more. We specialise in Yoga with classes from a number of different local teachers.

Other groups include pole-dancers, aikedo club and fitness classes. The studio is available for rental for your own classes, parties or anything else. Why not get in touch - we have lots of weekend and weekday slots available.
