Equinox Financial Search & Selection recruits heavily within Public Practice from Part Qualified to Partner level across a client base comprising the Big 4 and Top 50 firms of chartered accountants working closely with Partners and Resourcing Departments to manage and assist with often critical, business sensitive appointments. Our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds including public practice, human resources, and other search firms which allows us to represent our candidates with professionalism, dedication and more than anything, exceptional sector-specific knowledge. Needless to say therefore that our candidate due diligence stretches far beyond that of the more well known “high street” recruitment firms.
Our approach and style mean that we are one of the most successful search firms to have UK wide coverage and profile. We have strived to build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with our portfolio and as a result have become a partner of choice to Public Practice.
