Care is provided by our experienced staff on a 24 hour basis, assuring our residents of attention and security. Located in a secluded position in the town centre with very easy access to shops, transport and local amenities. Limited on site parking is available.
Detailed description:
Our home in Whitley Bay is a 2 storey building which was purpose built in 1985 to accommodate 30 residents in single, en-suite rooms with a passenger lift. Care staff will spend a high proportion of their time in personal contact with residents simply as companionship, entertainment or help with personal requirements or chores. There is therefore a choice of independence, dependence or any degree between.
A key worker system is in operation to ensure continuity of care and all staff receive regular induction and training. Daily routines will be as flexible, natural and homely as possible.
Our aim is to make available a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with sufficient communal or individual activity as is desired.
