From the classic Bolognese and Carbonara to the Frutti di Mare all our pastas are freshly made in the best Italian tradition with the finest available ingredients and lots of Italian passion for good food. We source our fish from the Dorset coast in order to offer the best and freshest seasonably available cooked in a variety of Italian styles. All of our meats are locally sourced and we pride ourselves in their quality, flavour and the way in which we prepare our various dishes adding that special Italian touch.
