We are the Environment Agency. It's our job to look after the environment and make it a better place - for you, and for future generations. We deal with individual members of the public, community groups, industry, farmers, businesses of all sizes and the Government. Our aim is to live up to the highest possible standards in our dealings with all our customers. We have offices across England and Wales working on carrying out Government policy, inspecting and regulating businesses and reacting when there is an emergency such as a flood or pollution incident.
