Short profile:
English's is a unique restaurant offering a warm welcome in Edwardian splendour. On the ground floor we have the famous marble topped Oyster Bar where you can enjoy half a dozen natives and a glass of champagne or have a full meal whilst enjoying the buzz of a busy bar. The Red Room is our main dining room and echoes back to the Edwardian era. With murals by local artist Marcus Stone, plush red velvet and the intimate layout of the tables, the Red Room evokes an atmosphere of days gone by.
Detailed description:
On the first floor we have three inter-connecting dining rooms perfect for party bookings, wedding receptions, and tour parties. The rooms are: Spode accommodating up to 26 people. Wedgwood accommodating up to 20 and Minton, a smaller room which accommodates up to 10 people. There is no better place to dine than on our covered and heated Terrace .
