We can assist clients with planning applications and appeals / inquiries / hearings, enforcement, lawful development certificates, LDF representations, development briefs, sustainability appraisals, design statements, master plans, community involvement exercises and regeneration studies. We also offer assistance in specialist areas, in particular: retail planning and impact assessment, education, economic impact advice, renewable energy development, minerals & waste, listed buildings and conservation areas.

We have also seconded staff to assist local authorities, providing specific development control expertise. We have experience of leading and working as part of multi-discipline teams on large scale developments, including environmental impact assessments.
