Bad experience
Paul HillI was sold a machine not fit for purpose by the owner “Ken Barker” selling me a band saw as advertised on his website as a 10 speed machine when in fact it is only a 5 speed. (Gearbox is actually broken and has been butchered to stay in one gear only)
He has admitted the item was incorrectly sold and will take it back but is insisting that I pay for the machine to be delivered back to him and then he will only refund the cost of the machine and not even the carriage that I paid to get it down here.
His closing statement to me that he was going broke anyway so if I wanted to get solicitors involved the letter would be coming to an empty building…..
(And he wants me to send the machine back to him!! )
Buyer beware…
