We will work together to ensure equality of access, opportunity and value for money. Our services will be focused to meet the needs of all sections of our community and therefore improve the quality of life for all. The Enfield Strategic Partnership (ESP) brings together key public sector organisations, local businesses, community and voluntary groups to work collectively to improve the quality of life for local people.
