Emotion Records Limited was founded in January 2003 by Martin Burke. Following a request for approval to use the letters E and R including a heart design for Emotion Records, Mr Burke received a very couteous request from the Lord Chamberlain on behalf of Her Majesty to alter the design so that there would be no confusion that E R is The Queen's Cypher, with effect from 28 February 2004. A heavy metal label newly launched in October 2004 was suspended
Detailed description:
On 10 December 2004 Mr Martin Burke was personally honoured by Her Majesty The Queen for his civilian and military service with the invitation (see here) that the Cypher for his business* be Her Majesty's (with effect from 28 February 2004). The name of the company has become Elizabeth Regina Love (Queen Elizabeth II). Prior to this Mr Burke had carried out fundamental work in Economics and Mathematics, discovering and defining a new mathematical object in 1997, The General Economic Measurement Scale. Simple illustrations were prepared for the Bank of England in 2005.
An eminent academic confirmed no prior literature in 2006. The General Democratic Voting Scale was defined in 2007. (These can be seen here.) A short paper on the General Economic Measurement Scale can be downloaded here.
Up until this time the science of Economics did not have a defined measurement scale**. The discovery/definition of the General Economic Measurement Scale was a result of deep study of the mathematics of option pricing theory and its application to real investments.
