    When I first called to arrange Arthur's cremation, the business was very helpful and understanding. They found it difficult to understand several of my wishes, namely that I wished him to be placed upon his pillow. I received a very cold question "you mean while he is being cremated?". Upon delivery of Arthur's ashes, the wrong address was given to the driver. He called me from a wrong address asking where I lived. Then, upon examining the name plate, I found it to be incorrect also. When I called (Saturday) I reached a call center in England who were unable to help me.

    A difficult time made troublesome.
