Working to CIBSE and BSRIA codes of practice, ensures that the work we carry out is to a very high standard. All our enginners are highly-trained and qualified to industry standards. We are reluctant to carry out any projects where we cannot deliver. Project sizes vary from a day rate to £5 million plus. We have experience of working closely with design consultants on all design aspects before and during projetcs.

Elmtech has carried out work on numerous and varied commissioning projects, from simple ventilation systems to full BMS controlled V.A.V. systems.

To enable success in these projects, Elmtech offer a holistic commissioning package. All projects are carried out by an extremely experienced team of technicians.

It is Elmtech's aim to identify and rectify problems and issues as early as possible, so commissioning work is completed within the agreed timeframe. This reduces running the risk of unecessary delays during the final phases of a contract and avoiding disruption during the handover transistion.

Elmtech uses a range of modern testing equipment and guarantees that information is recorded and test sheets completed during projects, so that communication is always high between the client and the customer.

Elmtech also follows CIBSE and BSRIA codes of practice for any work undertaken. British Standards and CSA guidelines apply where necessary.

Elmtech offer environmental services, inclusive of surveys that can be carried out on a variety of buildings (i.e. hospitals, industrial and commercial etc.)

Following such surveys, our engineers can apply their experience by giving advice regarding remedial action, ensuring that our clients are left with an environment that is safe, healthy and comfortable.

All instruments are regularly tested and issued with a calibration certificate. We ensure that parameters are monitored and recorded accurately.
