The company takes its name from its founder Ellis Salsby who established the company in 1989. Based in the Midlands and operating from purpose built offices, we have developed a close knit team who are passionate about offering excellent customer service and the growth of the business has been enhanced by our staff retention.

We are proud that 35% of our staff has been with the company in excess of five years and our Investors in People accreditation is testament to the hard work and success of our training and development programme.
