At the Elixir of Life Health Studio is where we have brought a variety of alternative therapies together with a comprehensive range of health and beauty services including steam room and sauna, various massage services and colonic hydrotherapy.

Detailed description:

Elixir is based on the traditional, Scandinavian-style spa, with a range of facilities for your enjoyment, including sauna, steam and massage. Our massage therapists include some of the most highly trained in the country. Staff are always available to give you advice on any of our treatments, or how to use the facilities. These include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, a Nordic sauna, steam room and hot tub. Please ask any member of staff at any time to discuss your individual needs.

    Truly relaxing. Very good therapists, nice atmosphere, a place to unwind and relax for very reasonable prices. I've been here a few times and never experienced anything connected to 'sex' in the atmosphere whatsoever. Just a pity there is no outdoor area to really cool down after a sauna. But that is the only disadvantage.

    My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time here. Our massages were truly first class and left us feeling wonderful! It was also good to see other couples and single women using the facilities as we have had not so happy experiences elsewhere due to predatory single guys that were there for all of the wrong reasons.

    We will be back!
