    I ordered an engine for my T25 on 28th November and paid in full. I was told that the engine would be with my local garage before Christmas. Christmas came and went, as did new year. I chased them in January and was told that due to the bad weather, they haven't been able to get parts etc. I rang last week 25th January and was told that it would be dispatched in 'a couple of days' and that someone would ring me back to confirm. They didn't, so I rang them, and was told again that they would ring back. Nothing. I rang them today and have been told that they will ring back in 20 minutes. They have ten minutes left. In the mean time, I am going to look into how to get my money back.

    This is ridiculous, £1,150 and no customer service to speak of.

    • Shnoowie:Update: I had to ring the company back, yet again, but was assured that the engine would be with my garage on the 8th or 9th of this month (Feb). Well, they've got one day left...

    I ordered and paid for an engine for my T25 on 18th Novemeber 2009 and was told it would take 2 weeks. It has now been a month and despite phoning to remind them on countless occasions it still hasn't even been sent. They stated they would phone me back and never have, they originally took the wrong details for delivery but never once attempted to contact me to rectify the problem. As far as customer service, I've never come across anything worse...bearing in mind I have spent almost £1000 on the engine. If one more week passes without delivery of the engine I will at least ask for my money back and may take the matter even further.

    A very disgruntled customer with no means of transport for 1 month
