The Company operates a twenty-four hour, seven day week, Sub-Contract Wire Erosion and Solid Sink Spark Erosion service to the Engineering Industry. We can apply our expertise to a wide range of work within the Precision Engineering Industry, including Press Tools, Plastic Moulding Tools, Extrusion Tools, Forging Dies & Tools, Tablet Dies, Drawing Dies, Machine Knives, Gear Forms etc.

We will undertake one-offs and batch production of precision components. A wide range of materials can be cut to micron tolerances, including Steel (Softened or Hardened), Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Tungsten Carbide, Graphite, Inconel, Titanium, Nimonic and other difficult to machine exotic alloys.
