ELAINE MUMMERY ACNE CLINIC

I spent over 15 years researching and studying everything that I could find about what doctors and alternative practitioners had discovered about acne and how they went about treating it. I realised that the mistake they were making was to treat all types of spots in the same manner. I made it my mission to learn the root cause of each type of spot. I have spent over 5 years working with acne sufferers, which has allowed me to finally understand why the body produces whiteheads, blackheads, papules, pustules and cysts. This information, from years of dedicted study, now allows me to be precise in the way in which I treat acne allowing each client to attain clear skin quickly and safely.

To my knowledge, I am the only acne specialist who has this knowledge. I opened my first clinic in Glasgow in October 2007 and my second clinic opens in London on the 5th of December 2011. Both clinics are located within the centre of each city to allow for easy access by bus, train and airport. In May 2009, I launched my first skincare book entitled Spotless - The Essential Guide to Getting Rid of Spots.

I have since gone onto write The EMAC Candida Cookbook, a book that is currently only available as an e-book but work is underway to have this published in 2012. My clinic offers its services both within and outwith the UK which has allowed me to clear the skin of many famous faces. Since opening my clinic I have helped acne sufferers from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, France, Sweden and Ireland. I have been a guest on Zoe Ball's Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2, the Fred MacAulay show and the Call Kaye show on BBC Radio Scotland and have recently been interviewed for BBC News Online as well as appearing in many articles in Scottish newspapers.
