Founded in 2001 as East Kent Wills the company was incorporated in 2003 and has traded as EKW Legacy Planning since 2006.
EKW Legacy Planning is a private company serving all of Kent and with many clients in London, Essex, Sussex and Surrey. Throughout 2007 we will be growing our team of professional consultants to provide our unique service nationwide.
We specialise in Inheritance Law and those activities pertinent to managing your estate.
Our service is based around our clients meeting you in the comfort of your own home at a time that is mutually convenient. We will meet clients during the day or evening - whatever works best.
As our client base has grown so has their needs and so our portfolio of services has grown from writing Wills to producing other specialised legal documents and the ability to manage probate.

Our Consultants deliver quality guidance to our clients in conjunction with a central Legal Team based at our head office in Canterbury, Kent. We can see clients anywhere within Kent and within the M25 corridor.
