Egerton House is a visually stunning and beautifully restored former trade warehouse situated on the south quay of Egerton Dock, on the eastern side of the Wirral Peninsula.
Steeped in maritime history, this unique building is the only one of its kind remaining on the docklands today. It stands as a prominent feature of the Wirral docklands area and is arguably Wirral's most unique business location.
We are passionate about supporting Wirral's business community in as many ways as possible starting with our own customers, most of whom are small to medium sized businesses.
We have three main conference rooms available for hire either during the day or in the evening and all have disabled access.

From small, simple offices suitable for micro businesses to larger, more prestigious suites, Egerton House has something unique to offer your business. All our offices (with exception of the G1 Suite), are also available on a license agreement, which means you have greater flexibility on how long you wish to stay with us and most are on 'easy in easy out' terms.
There are no hidden extra charges either.
