Edmonton GP-led Walk-in Service is also located in the Evergreen Primary Care Centre. The Walk-in Service operational hours are 8.00am - 8.00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You do not have to be registered with the Walk-in Service in order to recieve treatment as they provide services to patients who may be registered with other GP Practices as well as those who are not registered with any GP.
Detailed description:
We work closely with the Enfield Diabetes Nursing Team to provide shared care for patients. Clinics for patients recently diagnosed with diabetes are held twice a week as well as regular ongoing education sessions for those who would like to have their knowledge updated. Checks are normally carried out every six months to identify and help with any problems. Patients with hypertension (raised blood pressure) will be seen at least twice a year.
