The accommodation comprises of double, twin and family rooms located on the ground and first floor. All have en suite showers, shower and soap dispensers, toiletries, towels, hairdryers, TV's, hospitality trays with coffee and tea making facilities, individually controlled central heating and radio alarms. All designed for you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Choose from a selection of guest rooms named after local places such as Porthminster, Godrevy, Mousehole (pronounced "Mowzel"), Tregenna, Tremedda and Zennor.

Edgar's holds AA recognition as 4star high quality Guest Accommodation and is one of the 500 establishments selected to appear in their "Britain's Best B&B" publication for 2007 and 2008.
There is free on-site parking for the duration of your visit (very rare in St Ives) and each guest room offers superb en suite facilities presented and maintained to a very high standard. Relaxing lounges accommodate those restful evenings and unobtrusive hospitality is on hand throughout your stay from hoteliers David and Judith.
Neighbouring the hotel is the world famous Leach Pottery, established in 1920 with Edgar's assistance and now an important heritage site. Within 20 minutes walk there are the golden sand beaches of Porthminster, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, and St Ives Harbour; just 5 minutes' walk away is St Ives Leisure Centre, while at the same time we are ideally located for all major attractions in Cornwall.
Edgar's is personally supervised by David and Judith Tremelling whose hospitality experience extends over thirty years. Judith was previously assistant manageress of The Old Vicarage Hotel; David is currently the Chairman of the St Ives Hotel & Guest House Association.
