    I ordered and paid for Hills Supa Duo Wall Mounted Washing Line on the 3rd May 2011.

    I paid 15 Pounds 44 Pence extra for speedy courier shipping.

    The washing line has not arrived.

    When anyone phones the telephone number it is only a recorded message saying they will aim to respond within 48 hours.

    I have had no further contact from them at all other than them deducting my account of 158 Pounds and 43 Pence.

    I hope this is not some type of scam website, but it certainly looks highly suspect as paying extra for speedy delivery yet having not been delivered and also no way to directly contact this company it certain does not offer any confidence in them.

    I will gladly update my comments with a resounding vote of confidence if they do deliver the product as described.

    If they do not them I will post further reviews to warn others to be wary if ordering through this company.

    It is not unreasonably to expect delivery withing 8 days after paying extra, if the delivery is to take longer then it is also reasonable to expect some contact advising me of any possible delay.

    Eco Washing Lines - is it a case of buyer beware and I've been had, or will the product arrive in good shape in a reasonable period of time?
