With International standard facilities and over 100 years of sporting tradition - producing 4 Olympians - we have been included in the London 2012 Pre-Games Training Venue guide.
Our charitable trust status has helped us provide multisport opportunities for the whole community. Whether it be a party in our main balcony bar, a conference in our Ashdown suite overlooking the grounds or a function/corporate day in our 600 capacity indoor Marquee, we can cater for all your needs.

At East Grinstead Sports Club we have a number of established clubs with their own organisational base.
For most sports we, or member clubs, hold courses for participants at all levels and run events and competitions. In our gym we run fitness courses from general and gentle to specific, pilates and where we provide the physical training for our sports academies.
