Short profile:
The East Anglian Game & Country Fair began in 2004 mainly in response to Traders wishing for a show to exhibit at between Easter and the summer show season. We had been exhibitors ourselves for many years so had first hand experience of many different types of events. Whilst I was away on the 'show circuit', Andy accumulated many years of advertising experience at 'Yellow Pages' to add to his current retail experience, before leaving to join the show circuit himself. I wished to make use of my degree in Psychology, by completing a PGCE and teaching at 'City College Norwich'. All of our experience along with our knowledge of farming from our Norfolk 'born and bred' families, and a desire to be more 'home based' to start our family led to the game fair being born.
Detailed description:
We welcome world class events and attractions to the Norfolk Showground each year. We hope to offer something for the whole family with the opportunity to get involved and 'have a go' at a range of activities from Clay Shooting, Fly Fishing, and Archery to Mountain Boarding and a Treasure Trail, a great family day out in Norfolk.
