With EasilyFit personal training I can learn some exercises that are really effective in achieving a greater level of fitness. I don't like the thought of going to the gym and would much rather exercise at home at a time to suit me. If I choose a monthly plan I will have a home programme of fitness that I can follow at my own pace, with regular visits & support from my own personal trainer. Then regular assessments will chart my progress and help me to achieve my fitness goals. My EasilyFit programme is written specifically for me and allows for missed sessions and other events that may arise. However, if instead of a programme, I just want a visit from a personal trainer for advice and some new exercises then I can just use the pay as you go option as and when it suits me. Each session with the personal trainer will not only help ensure I can perform the exercises properly but will inform me as to why I am doing them and how it will help me achieve my goals, and at a time to suit me.

Personal training for health offers you the following advantages: Individual exercises specifically selected to help you. Privacy of exercising in your own home. Previous nursing experience ensures safe activities are practised. Time to assist you.
Ability to constantly adapt exercises to ensure suitability. Can work/liaise with other healthcare professionals. Some illnesses can be prevented by increasing physical activity.
