EAM Consulting was founded in 2008 (and started actively trading in 2009) by director and principal consultant Mark Lees. Mark has spent his entire career working in maintenance related roles - from his days as an apprentice millwright in a heavy engineering company through to working as Engineering Manager of one of the largest non-woven fibre based product manufacturers in the UK. Having worked in diverse hands-on and supervisory/managerial roles, Mark has a wealth of maintenance experience across several disciplines, and also has the insight to understand how maintenance 'works' from both the shop floor and managerial perspectives.
Maintenance Consultancy and Related Services: Whether the need is for consultancy or advice on implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), deciding on what system would be best to document maintenance procedures or some other need, we can help you. We have personal experience in injection and blow moulding, engineering and machine tools, fibres and textiles, food/FMCG, electronics manufacturing and general manufacturing, but whatever your branch of industry, we are here to work alongside you to provide the best solution for your situation.
Technical Writing Services: We can offer our clients a range of Technical Writing/Authoring services, whether the requirement is for a simple instruction leaflet, a full blown set of Mechanical and Electrical Services manuals for a large building or something that lies in-between. Authored content can be produced in a variety of formats to suit Client requirements – whether in Word, PDF, HTML or other proprietary format, and in printed or electronic copy.
