Dynax enables you to take advantage of the Home Computer Initiative whilst upgrading your staff benefits, improving productivity and increasing your profit margin all without taking up valuable in-house resources.
The Home Computer Initiative (HCI) is a scheme designed to greatly benefit both employee and employer, based around the UK Government’s introduction, in 1999, of tax exemption on loaned computers.
Through the scheme, employers are able to implement a tax-exempt loan scheme for computer equipment to their employees for their personal use at home. Typically, without any cost burden to the employer, employees are able to acquire the home computers at up to 50% of the normal retail price.
Already, a growing number of companies across the public, private and voluntary sectors are implementing the scheme and reaping the benefits, with many using HCI schemes to widen the existing staff benefits package they offer.
