Dan AndersonIn reply to your post, as you and your friend would have been informed at the time of meeting with a representative, you may not have had the necessary Microsoft qualifications to be qualified for a role within our organisation. If this is the case, we can offer the training element to bring you up to the qualification level, if we feel that the individual candidate will fit into the organisation and is seen to be proactive in wanting a career in IT. As would also have been explained, any job offers given are conditional on you passing your Microsoft exams within a certain time frame. This is only fair as otherwise we'd have people working for us who weren't at the right qualification status to assist our clients across the UK. The fee you pay is for the skills assessment, which is clearly stated on the email you receive before you come into the offices as a possible payment required. We have to charge this and it is still well under the market value for the courses you are receiving if you compare us to other companies. We want to invest in our staff and this is how can can do it.
If candidates do get offered the training route and do decide they want to take up the conditional job offer, you'll have to agree that it is your sole decision to do so and you are given contracts and documents to read through. On successful completion of the exams, you are given the job. We have countless examples of this and you can physically speak to these people when you come into our offices.
We are and never have been a scam. If we offer you a job offer, you do get a job at the end if you pass your qualifications. Our testimonies in person and online support this. If you don't pass your exams, you have to see why we are unable to offer you a position as the candidate has not met his/her requirements.
We are always here to talk throughout concerns and actively encourage you to do this. If you're struggling with the Microsoft training, we are here to help over the phone or via email if you don't want to pay for a phone call. We are also happy to call you back if this is more convenient.

Basically they call me for an interview .In interview mail they haven't mentioned anything about " Possible training fee" and they charge me more than 900 pounds .( It's for dynamics IT owner if you need the proof of mail i will attached to u). In my CV clearly mentioned that i don't have an experience or knowledge on networking But Dynamic representative who interviewed me, he didn't explain about the certifications clearly, he told me just 3 certifications But he hasn't inform me , to complete one certification we have to do 1 or 2 papers. If your representative gave a clear picture about certification at the time of interview sure I won't sign the contract And they charged different prices for different pupil and main thing their aim is selling the certification only, To sell the certification they are using the job offer letter as a KEY . I discussed with one of my friend they charged 500 pounds with same job offer letter .I have checked other forums, one of the forums your company representative mentioned that we passed you details to legal department to take legal action. I would like to inform to Dynamics Owner, No one against your company and no one is giving false claims. Why should they have to give false claims against your company , tell me one reason?. If you haven't reply to our mail are not responding properly means what they will do. At least they are saving others from your company . Someone from your company replied to Jason comment ,(In the comment they mentioned visit our offices and talk to some of representatives they will help) i send more than 10 mails and i called more than 25 to 30 times to your office No reply, No proper result, No information what can i do tell me ? I believe that after my complain only, your company is including “Possible training fee" in interview mails. To be honest I send a mail to cancel my contract very next day after i signed the contract. what you guys done? Nothing, nothing, nothing. i lost more than 900 pounds still iam struggling to pay this money to bank. I said only 10 % of story about dynamics...... Iam expecting good reply from you

AsysI had to pay in the interview for get the job and do the courses, but finally there are no exams, no job, and obviously no money back.
This is a SCARM, That´s all.
We have to do something to stop this kind of people,
Dont trust in an offer job, where you have to pay something.

About Dynamics IT and their HELP
Satish PatelI am now a UK Infrastructure Support Analyst, last year I went for a consultation interview with Dynamics IT in London. I am a Graduate BSc in Computer Science from Westminster University (Harrow Campus). I applied too many companies for jobs, I did go to 2 interviews, both rejected me cause of no experience.
This company saw my urgency in getting into work and offered me an Internship with them for 6 months. I got some experience and completed my training. I applied for jobs in London and successfully landed into a city Media Company. I am supporting 3 UK sub offices and working on projects.
I thank you guys, not for the offer you gave me, but for the person you have made me. Keep it up.
I know people have their own views on who they work for, but I can say Dynamics IT are one of the niche companies offering a chance to gain experience.

dawidIt’s not an honest company. They are “looking” for new employees regularly, mostly on gumtree.co.uk since 2008!!!. The truth is that they are not interested in employing anyone at all. Pretending to do so it’s their way to take money from people desperate to get into the I.T. When I went for an interview there was “only one place left”, so I had to make decision immediately. They made me pay for course, which they said was necessary, but at the end did not get the job anyway. Few days later there was a new advert on gumtree and another 10 TRAINEE IT CONSULTANTS needed!!!. Just think about it, if you have to pay anything in order to get a job, it can’t be right.
