  Just wanted to give some feedback regarding my plasma tv which I had repaired.

  I spoke to Orville (the owner of the company and discussed the problem my tv had, Orville explained what he would do and said he would call me when the test had been done on my tv to confirm what was wrong and what it would cost.

  True to his word, he did call me and advised that it would take a few days to repair as one part would need to be ordered from Germany.

  I was then contacted by Orville to say that my tv was repaired and upon testing the tv was as good as new.

  My experience of this company has been a good one where I was kept informed of what was happening and given regular update's with timescales. Orville was polite and professional and I would use this company again.

  sent my kids playstation 3 to duotech electronics. it was returned to us 3 days later working perfectly and quieter than before. we now have peace in our home now the kids are happy thanks duotech mandy xx

  My tv was collected, repaired & delivered back to me promptly & the service I received from Duo Tech exceeded all my expectations. I would most definatley recommend & use there service again although I don't expect any more issues.

  Please do NOT deal with this company as the owner (Orville) is out there to make some fast money and nothing else! He promised me a refund if the item wouldn't fix the problem - but when I rang him he declined, hung up and decided not to answer my calls! Under no circumstances pay this man using the gift option on Paypal, he says its so that he does not have to pay the paypal charges, but in reality its so that if he does not deliver the goods then you have no chance of raising a complaint!
