Pupils have the opportunity to attend a wide range of healthy extra-curricular clubs including: Gymnastics, Judo, Athletics, Football, Basketball, Games, Line-dancing, Cheer-leading, Karate, Street Dancing, Games Club, Art & Craft Club, and ICT Club.
The school also organises an annual visit to an outdoor centre. Year 5 engage in Cycling Proficiency Tests and also go swimming for the entire year. The school has a swimming team which enters an annual gala.
There is an ICT club specialising in the school. There are opportunities for pupils to have guitar and steel drums tuition. There are opportunities for pupils to have guitar tuition during lunchbreak once a week and silver band tuition. The children are also involved in an annual musical production which incorporates acting, singing, lighting and sound management, making props and stage management. KS1 offers an Art club, a Board Games club, Gymnastics, and Fun and Fit. It is the policy within the school that each class will have an opportunity, at least once a term, to have an outside educational visit which forms the basis of the learning for that term.
The school offers a breakfast club from 8am where the children share breakfast and join in a range of activities
